I used your website to book a trip up the Burj Khalifa and your website offered the only date and time that worked for me while I was in Dubai, which was great. This was Monday 2nd April at 11:00. I received all the booking details and everything appeared to be in place and actually really well orchestrated. That was until I arrived at the Burj Khalifa on the day of the the trip (and my last day in Dubai) and the reception told me the booking confirmation you sent me was not valid and that no tickets had actually been secured for me. Not only that, the reception at the Burj Khalifa informed me that every single ticket for 2nd April was sold out. Therefore I tried repeatedly to ring all of the contact support telephone numbers on the experee website, even sent a message through your website page in my account, however no one answered the phone and still to this moment no one has replied to my message. The Burj Khalifa reception informed me the only way to go up that day (as this was my last day in Dubai) was to pay for premium tickets at £70pp versus the £26pp for regular tickets I purchased on our website (which you had already deducted from my account!!) and also that we had to wait 2 hours to go up (at 13:00). Having now spent circa £200 on tickets and having an exceptionally stressful day I am furious with experee and insist on a full refund of my tickets bought on your website, but also a full refund for the additional tickets I had to buy to actually allowgo up the Burj Khalifa making a total of £191.53.
As soon as I hear a response from you I will provide you with the receipts and transactions as evidence so you can transfer the full amount.
