1 Day Oban, Glencoe & West Highland Castles Tour, Glasgow

Travelling west from Glasgow over the Firth of Clyde,  you'll pass Dumbarton Rock and Castle, then journey onwards to the picturesque village of Inverary which overlooks Loch Fyne.  Here you'll have a chance to visit the magnificent Inverary Castle*, alternatively explore the towns white washed Georgian houses and spectacular views.

Heading further north into the Highlands, passing  Kilchurn Castle situated at Loch Awe, you'll arrive in the fishing village of Oban, ' the Gateway to the Isles'.  With  some free time, explore it's horseshoe bay and enjoy some lunch.  Departing Oban you'll travel on to Castle Stalker on Loch Laich, before passing through the haunted Glencoe.

The journey home will pass through the Rannoch Moor and Black Mount to arrive in Luss on the banks of Loch Lomond, the final stop, before heading south to Glasgow.
